How it works

At SturdyCare Health Services, we value every applicant and aim to make the hiring journey smooth and supportive. Once you submit your application, we carefully review it to ensure alignment with our mission. Qualified candidates will be invited to interview, followed by a standard background check and TB screening. Successful applicants then complete our onboarding and training program, designed to equip you for compassionate care. The entire process typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on scheduling and documentation.

Application Review

Initial Phone Screening

Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief phone interview to discuss qualifications, availability, and your passion for community care.

In-Person or Virtual Interview

You’ll meet with one of our care coordinators to explore how you can contribute to SturdyCare’s mission and team culture.

Onboarding & Orientation

Once hired, you’ll receive personalized onboarding and training to prepare you for success—because we invest in caregivers who invest in others.
